Appointments
We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service so that you will have ample time to relax and fill out any required forms. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and you will be charged a missed visit fee.

Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $25 fee. No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the services booked.

Spa Etiquette Provisions and Special Considerations:

• Please turn off all cell phones and electronic devices and please refrain from loud conversation to ensure a tranquil environment for all of our guests.

• Our services are not available for anyone under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room for the entirety of the session. Due to numerous safety and liablity concerns, children are also not permitted in the treatment rooms or reception area unless under direct adult supervision.

• We accept cash, check, gift cards and all major credit cards as payment methods. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 charge.

• Please note that all prices on this menu reflect a discount for payment received at the time of service. Personal injury cases, Workman’s Compensation cases, and third-party insurance billing will incur our standard fees, available upon request.
